Livium Ltd CEO Simon Linge talked with Proactive about the company’s expanded partnership with Sell & Parker Pty Ltd.
Livium announced an extension of its existing agreement with Sell & Parker, a deal anticipated to generate revenues exceeding $5 million over its three-year term. Linge explained that the partnership involves processing stockpiled embedded batteries, with expectations of $3 million in revenue within the first 12 months alone.
"We're very pleased to be able to formalise this agreement and extend our relationship with Sell & Parker," Linge said. He added that the revenues are set to underpin around 25% of Livium’s projected income for the 2026 financial year and beyond.
Linge also provided a broader company update, highlighting a $30 million grant secured from the Australian federal government for Livium's battery materials business. This funding represents 50% of the cost for establishing a demonstration facility. The company is actively pursuing the remaining funding required and aims to finalise it within the current quarter.
Additional highlights included steady progress in expanding Livium's B2B customer pipeline in recycling and advancing its Llena technology despite challenges in the lithium market.
Livium is focused on executing the expanded recycling contract, scaling its battery materials business, and moving into Western Australia, supported by recent government grants.
